Purple Wisteria

The wisteria painted around this window was done so as to fool the eye. The builders took the easy way out in the room and placed the window between the studs, rather than centering it over the garden tub, as it should have been.

This sore spot was "corrected" by painting wisteria along the wide wall of the window and thus diverting your attention from the mistake. The faux finish was painted to coordinate with the terra cotta tiles on the floor.
